As promised, Bongos Restaurant at the Sandy Haven Resort brings another special to their spectacular beach resort by offering a Thursday night Early Bird Special! Each Thursday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, Bongos offers 3 special menu options - Crab Cake with Jerk Aioli, Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Jerk Chicken Pasta for us$25, Coconut Chicken with Coconut Chili Sauce, Bongos Greens with Pineapple Vinaigrette, Jerk Glaze Snapper for us$26 or Jerk Shrimp Brochette, Crab and Corn Chowder, Asian Stir Fry Beef for us$30.
