To have an event added to the calendar, please click the link below and then fill out the form in the following manner:

In the Subject: put a short description of the event with the Name, date, time and place of the event short and sweet like this:

12/25/2007 Christmas Party at Pirate's Cave 8pm - 11pm

In the Message: add any additional details to publish for the event.

Please follow this format and it will make things much easier for us.
