Jahja I knew all along you were full of
crap but I do love to read your posts.
They are good for a laugh and its always
good to hear from people actually on the
island. I thought I recognized you from
long ago ?? Did you not post about your
1st trip along time ago on this board w/
an American wife ?? I believe so and I
remember your posting style back then was
very modest and respectful and sincere.
Anyway quite a change to present style.
But I wish you luck and your new girl is
very cute. I dont agree with everything

Jahja,
It was a pleasure to read your previous post, true or not, it was very entertaining. However, your most recent comments have been losing a little bit of your credibility. Stick to what made you a great read on this board and get rid of the "gang banger" attitude. Vic T is right, if you take that attitude with the Jamaican's, they will bring it. I'm with you on this one. You're right -- I think jahja did post here previously, wasn't it "jason and nattie" or something? Wife and maybe baby, too? Not sure of the facts at all, but he definitely was the alter ego of the current incarnation of himself. Used to be all positive and irie and respectful and such.
Hate to say it but this version, Jason The Cartoon Tourist, is MUCH more interesting
Maybe he's having a midlife crisis and has totally gone off the deep end. I hope he keeps posting, too! Much excitement. Kind of like watching a train wreck, only in slow motion. We all know the engine will jump the tracks and there is going to be carnage, we just wonder when and how much.

Not too mention the fact that some of the boardies on here have been going for years, and I'm sure some, decades and probably have waaaaay more friends down there than he could ever dream of having. if the word isn't out on blahblah yet, I'm sure it will be. Despite BlahBlah's belief that everyone at n.com has venom for him, I seriously do not believe anyone here wishes him any harm...in fact many have warned him.
As one who speaks out myself, I can say it can bring some negative and unintended consequences. However, that added to insults, bragatory claims about how much one has and how locals are jealous of it (i.e. ipods, etc) and how much money one spends cannot be a smart thing anywhere (at home or abroad)...but especially when an outsider. To add pleading that you are an insider long before you have earned the respect and acceptance of any group you self-ordain yourself a member of is equally dangerous particularly when someone wants to show them they do not yet belong.
I fear that if BlahBlah is in fact in Ja as he claims; has all that he claims; and behaves towards the locals as he has towards people here; that he is going to end up in some bad situation; alone late at night; or in some other situation where those he thinks have his back are not around or who do not really care...of course this would be a terrible shame.
I would suggest he end his manic run, slow down the lips, return to this planet, respect others and shape up before something indeed terrible happens and he has to hear from those he thought were his freinds that he deserved it. From what I hae seen, that is usually the way the story ends with people behaving as he is. |
