Several months ago someone posted a form letter (it was either a pdf or word doc) they rec'd from Grand Pineapple that had a bunch of guest info and included the daily calendar of "themes". I've searched all over the board archives and just can't seem to find it. Whoever posted that, could you please post it again. Thank you! I know - someone posted it on the other forum board, and I searched for it and when I found it couldn't open it. I would also like this, as I need to email the resort. Or if anyone has the email address directly to the resort I would appreciate that also.

this thread is funny to me because while AT the GP I asked for the schedule...umm no couldn't find one...not really sure...soon come...know problem etc. Never happened. And I know I saw it somewhere. We were trying to see which nights were which food to decide when we were going out for dinner. Ah well. We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do. There are a few people I'm making plans with to meet up for dinner and I want to make sure I'm making plans to leave GP on "mexican" night or some other such night I could care less about. obayb on: Friday, November 06, 2009 - 01:48 pm, wrote:I know - someone posted it on the other forum board, and I searched for it and when I found it couldn't open it.
Where did you find it over there? Can you post a link? Maybe I'll be able to open it and then can forward it to you. For the most up-to-date Negril Map go to: http://ohliza.blogspot.com/2008/12/map-of-negril-jamaica.html

Here is the link to the other board that has the link to the fact sheet to open it. I tried again, no luck, but then my computer crashed last week, and I'm having trouble getting into some different websites. If you can get something out of it, please repost is here. http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g147313-i70-k2918595-Grand_Pineapple_Fact_S heet-Negril_Jamaica.html

LOL, that does sound intriguing! I'll check it out and report back.
That is if I have time between chillin in a lounge chair and taking naps in the hammock.

Wish I was going to be there with you, Brenda. We won't be in Negril 'til April. But I AM going to FL for the bitterly cold part of winter here......to Matlacha, on the way to Pine Island, northwest of Fort Myers. Anyone heard of it????

Hey Kmon, I know exactly where Matlacha is! It's just down the road from my brother's house and my folks aren't too much further. When I was down there for Christmas last year, my bro and I hung out for a day and had lunch and drinks and this great little bar/restaurant on Matlacha Island. I can't remember the name of it right now though. Although there aren't a whole lot of places there so I'm sure you'll be eating at the same place. What a wondereful location for the Winter! Did you rent a house there? For the most up-to-date Negril Map go to: http://ohliza.blogspot.com/2008/12/map-of-negril-jamaica.html

| a friend was just at gp...he said that they always had two or three jamaican dishes on the buffet, no matter what the theme of the night was (he said the oxtails were excellent.). he also said they had ackee and saltfish just about every morning. |
