Hey Guys Do the ATMs charge to withdraw cash?? The reason I am asking is the card that I am taking does not charge me for withdrawing cash abroad…..But do the ATMs?? This is a new card from the UK where they have stopping charging for use abroad…..xx You can’t change the past, but you can ruin the present by worrying about the future

yes it's a $6.00 international charge unless you bank at Scotia and use a Scotia ATM on the island. We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give.

| I use a credit union debit card and it charges the same as it does in the US - less than $2 if I'm using an ATM that is not the credit union's. |

The card is called a cash passport which is just the same as using travelers chqs you buy it from the travel agents the cash passport states that its free to use at an ATM but the ATM might have a local charge so am not to sure...xx You can’t change the past, but you can ruin the present by worrying about the future

The ATM at time Square charges $6. The ATM's at NCB and Scotia Bank dont but your own bank may charge you for withdrawing cash abroad.

I only get charged by my bank when using my US cash card- I use the scotia, NCB and Jncb cash machines. The one in time square is a whole different ball game I believe. "The Greatest Thing You'll Ever Learn is Just to Love and Be Loved in Return."

I used Scotia mostly or the one at HiLo One machine gave only JA dollars and the other either I think.....also whatever machine you use - take your card out when prompted. I saw several folks have theirs eaten by the machine because they were not reading the directions carefully - card comes out first - then the money. Maybe someone else can verify its been awhile (lol) Preach Peace~Live Love~Blesséd Be ONE LOVE Sweet

| We have used our ATM twice this trip and both were at the Scotia downtown. Never a fee from Scotia, never a few from our small bank in the states, never a fee for currency exchange, and a better rate than the cambio. |

Once upon a time (about 4 years ago) there was no charge at Scotia if you had a Bank of America debit card (US). I'm going to guess that's gone with just about every other perk we had with the banks. But check it out anyway. Great Big Radio - Rock On! Our internet radio station
