I need an all ages school off the beaten path. One that rarely or never gets donations from those of us that take school supplies regularly. I have a local middle school that wants to adopt a jamaican school. I know what supplies to ask these kids to buy ( they don't want to donate cash), i've been donating to schools in jamaica for years. This will be only the 2nd time tho that i've donated to an all ages school....vs. aa basic school. I may even be able to get the local school uniform supplier to help if the kids here want to spend that much. This is a local school with over 150 wealthy kids who really want to make a difference. i don't believe in buying supplies there, i have a pretty smooth running system where i get stuff here and ship it via us air cargo i have dealing with customs down to a science.......so here's what i need help with asap... need to find a school within reasonable driving distance of negril, a phone number, contact person, number of kids, wish lists, pics of the school or the kids would be great. I know i'm asking a lot and i need this info asap. the teacher asked me for this info almost 2 weeks ago and i've been sick(not to mention my computer crashed weeks ago and i just got htis one running tonite) and if i don't get this info the kids will pick some other project. any and all help is most welcome. you can e mail me at work at lklein@lindakleinlaw.com also, if any of you know how to cut and paste, which i do not, if you could forward this to gail from treehouse i would be most grateful i typed this once tonite and lost it....Lord please let it post this time. thanks for your help..leenda aka negrilaholic |

The All Age School in Broughton might fit your bill. See Miss Shaw - she's Sexy Rexy's wife...she's a teacher there. Last I spoke with her they need just about everything - but she requested "readers" - for young un's in the equivalent of our first, second and third grades. http://nikkikamens.squarespace.com

I have 5 boxes of used kids books that were donated to me..if someone can find a way to get them to Jamaica...they are all yours! "Begin at the beginning, and go on till you come to the end: then stop."
