For what we paid we loved it. Just got back. I'm not sure it's worth $300 plus per night but if you can get a decent deal it's great imo.
Excellent location!
Cute coloured decor ...actually looks like something in jamaica not like others that could be anywhere in the world.

We stayed there in September. We don't normally stay AI but we couldn't pass up the price. We've also stayed at Country Country, Coco La Palm, Riu Tropical Bay, and Rondel.

| G.P. is a great place to stay. Centrally located. Everyone is very friendly and other than a little wear from the years its a great deal. I just got back Saturday night. A good selection of food. Can't complain for my tenth trip down to the area.... |

In your thread about GP's rooms, you list things that are included in the room, but a fridge isn't. Do you know if you can request one, do they cost extra?

Hmmm good question Starfire - I never needed a fridge so didn't think about it. I always take some containers and I just kept ice for my in room drinks but ice, soda, alcohol is available most waking hours. All the food and drink you could ever want really
Maybe any boardie can help answer.......

| obayb, again we didn't have a fridge, but from my understanding talking to another guest, there was not a charge. all she had to do was ask. she told them she had some wine to keep chilled. |

Have stayed there a few times & Really like it there.
Food is great, rooms are nice, staff is excellant, location is perfect, central & easy to get to most places from GP. Nice little groc store right across the street, just a nice affordable little chunk of paradise!
I can't wait to get back there, hopefully in April!
